1. This Program is valid for a limited time:
   Xmas Reseller Rewards will only be based on AOC monitors purchased form 1 November 2008 to 31 December 2008
2. To be eligible:
1. Resellers must join the AOC Registered Reseller Program at www.aocmonitor-anz.com/register_reseller.php
2. Purchases must be direct from the authorized AOC distributors as listed below.
3. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No other discounts apply.
4. Returned products will be deducted from the Xmas Reseller Rewards purchase quantity and are subject to AOC’s authorized distributors’ standard returns policy
5. AOC Xmas Reseller Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
6. We aim to send out all gifts by 30th January 2008. Date of receipt is subject to availability of stock and any shipping delays.
7. All normal trading conditions apply. Errors & omissions are excluded.
8. Any Fringe Benefits Tax liability is the responsibility of the prize recipient.
9. The Authorized AOC distributors will provide purchase records to quantify each Reseller’s eligible purchases. Should any dispute arise over the recorded purchase quantity, AOC will assess the available recodes and its determination will be final.
